A buyer is eligible to return the product as per the following conditions
If the product received by the buyer is not matching with the listing descriptions.
For the above mentioned reason, the buyer should contact us within 7 working days of the delivery with proof of images. We will verify this proof and contact you if needed.
After returning the item, the buyer is eligible for a refund under the following conditions
Refund may get rejected if the returned item is found to be in the following conditions
- Is not in original condition with original package and packing materials.
- Missing accessories.
- Product is in used condition. Seal broken products and removal of manufacturer packing materials also will result in refund rejection.
- Product with physical damage or different product than ordered.
- Hence it is better, not to send the item back in the above mentioned conditions.
If the returned product found to be in satisfactory condition, we will issue a full refund with the return shipping cost. Buyer needs to produce the shipping bill for getting the return shipping charge. If the shipping charge claimed by the buyer is not matching with the standard courier charge, we will refund the standard courier charge only.
Non delivered item will be eligible for full refund. Non delivery due to buyer rejection during delivery time will be eligible for a partial refund only.
Defective products under manufacturer warranty are not eligible for a refund as per return policy
In this case, the buyer is eligible only for the warranty services offered by the manufacturer. Buyer can either contact the manufacturer directly or us for availing this warranty service. We will assist you to get the warranty service from the manufacturer. Also this will be as per the terms & conditions of the manufacturer.
